Bulk Beef Jerky - The Best Jerky in the USA.
Texas Style Garlic
Texas Style Garlic
Round cuts come from the rear leg of the cow. This makes for a rip-and-chew texture like how beef jerky was made back in the day. We wanted to stay true to the Texas roots and give you a package that the cowboys would enjoy. We manufacture this in the heart of Johnson City, Texas. This beef jerky recipe has been around since 1968. These are mesquite smoked in a wood fire smoker for 6 hours to get the perfect dried jerky texture. Sugar free protein jerky bombs!

I like the texture a lot, good tear and chew. Not beef snacks… actual jerky. I was gonna return this bag because it smelled a little fishy at first. I kept in fridge for 3 days and it was fine after opening. It tasted like very mild black pepper jerky. No garlic was tasted. Would love to see more garlic. A red pepper garlic would be amazing. Likely will not order again unless there is a recipe change.
This is one of, if not the best cuts of jerky I've ever had. The texture and the flavor is unmatched. Hard to keep around.
